When she’s not at work, Deejay enjoys staying active and exploring new experiences. She loves reading, hiking, and discovering new restaurants with her fiancé, Tom. Together, they stay busy with their three dogs—Bear, Sophie, and Coco—and enjoy spending time golfing, playing tennis, and sand volleyball. You’ll also often find Deejay coaching with CYVBC Surge, sharing her passion for volleyball with the next generation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

Deejay brings a strong background in Human Resources and Operations, along with a passion for helping organizations grow and thrive. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which she expects to complete in 2027, further strengthening her expertise in workplace effectiveness and team development.

As Executive Operations Coordinator, Deejay works closely with CEO Joe to improve processes, streamline operations, and support the company’s long-term vision. Her focus on organization, efficiency, and people helps create a stronger foundation for growth, allowing One Clean Family to continue serving clients and supporting team members at the highest level.
