ABOUT YOU

Outside of work, Krystal is all about family, creativity, and a little fun. She’s incredibly close with her family (special shoutout to her mini-me niece), and never misses their weekly “Sushi Sunday,” plus any Cincinnati food festival is a must-attend. A true jack-of-all-trades, she spends her free time gaming, sewing award-winning costumes for conventions, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She’s also a proud cat mom to two very spoiled felines and enjoys gardening, cooking new recipes, and unwinding with a good book whenever she can.

Krystal brings a strong background in office operations, leadership, and people-focused management. She has successfully overseen an independent doctor’s office through major operational improvements and managed multi-office in-home caregiving franchises, handling everything from recruiting and staffing to resolving client and employee concerns.

At One Clean Family, Krystal serves as Office & HR Manager, ensuring every client and team member is welcomed with a great first impression. She leads recruiting efforts to build a high-quality team and is passionate about restoring the “human” side of Human Resources. Krystal is dedicated to fair policies, strong communication, and upholding the values that help both our team and company grow.
