When he’s not working, Phil embraces life’s simple joys. His family and their dogs hold a special spot in his heart, and he treasures spending quality time with them above all. During his free moments, you’ll often find Phil casting fishing lines into calm waters or enjoying a game of golf with his buddies. Through every swing and catch, he’s reminded of the beauty in life’s peaceful moments, nurturing the connections he has with his loved ones and the tranquility of the natural world.

In his professional capacity, Phil takes the helm as the head of operations and client success at Envision Commercial Cleaning and Envision Floor Care Solutions. With a six-year tenure within the One Family umbrella, he’s a true cornerstone of our team. Phil’s role involves the pivotal task of assembling and leading crews, encompassing hiring, training, and even the tough decisions like letting folks go when needed. A natural people person, he skillfully nurtures customer relationships and takes great pride in our team and our joint success. Prior to joining the One Family Organization, Phil held the esteemed position of Operations Manager, honing his expertise in this dynamic field.
