When Michael isn’t working, you’ll find him at home surrounded by the people and things he loves most, including his wonderful wife, five kids, a Mini Aussie, and a bird that keeps things interesting. He’s got a green thumb and genuinely enjoys getting his hands dirty in the garden and yard. And if you ever want to geek out about cuckoo clocks, Michael’s your guy because tinkering with them is one of his favorite ways to unwind.

Michael brings nearly two decades of experience as an executive chef, having opened and established several restaurants across the city. That background gave him a deep, hands-on understanding of cleaning and health regulations and a serious work ethic to match. He’s the kind of person who takes pride in doing things right.

At One Clean Family, Michael focuses on both growing new business and making sure existing customers always feel taken care of. He helps coordinate repairs and deliveries, and isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves alongside the techs when machines need fixing.
